1. General Policy
By authorizing service or repair work at Lakeshore Tire & Auto Service (“the Company”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services, repairs, and transactions conducted at our facility or through our representatives.
2. Estimates and Authorization
All estimates are based on visual inspection and/or preliminary diagnosis. Final costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during service. No additional repairs will be performed without your approval, which may be given in person, by phone, or electronically.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved checks. Vehicles will not be released until all charges are paid in full. Returned checks or declined payments may result in additional fees.
4. Parts and Labor Warranty
Most parts and labor are covered by a 12-month/12,000-mile limited warranty, unless otherwise noted. Warranty coverage applies only to the original repair and is non-transferable. Warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
5. Customer Property and Vehicle Storage
The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside vehicles. Vehicles left beyond 48 hours after completion may incur daily storage fees.
6. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure high-quality repairs, Lakeshore Tire & Auto Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from repair work, delays, or parts availability.
7. Parts Disposal
Replaced parts will be disposed of unless the customer requests otherwise at the time of service authorization.
8. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments are encouraged. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is used only for communication, billing, and service records. We do not sell or share your data without your consent, except as required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida.
